 Respectfully Sheweth,

 1.   That the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case with malafide intention and for ulterior motive by the complainant in connivance with the local police.

2.   That the petitioner has been roped in the instant case in order to harass, humiliate, pressurize and blackmail the complainant.

3.     That the story narrated in the FIR is totally fake, forge, and fabricated, there is no ring of truth in it.

4.     That the case against the petitioner is one of further inquiry and probe into the guilt of the petitioner.

5.     That there is nothing record which connects the petitioner with the commission of any offense.

6.     That it is strong apprehension of the arrest of petitioner by the local police in a present false case and if arrested the petitioner shall suffer irreparable loss to his mind, body, and reputation.

7.     That the petitioner belongs to a respectable family and has a blotless career.

8.     That the petitioner is ready to join police investigation as and when required.

9.     That the petitioner is also ready to furnish adequate surety bonds to the entire satisfaction of this Hon’ble Court.
