Respectfully Sheweth,

1.      That the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case with mala fide intention and for ulterior motive by the complainant in connivance with the FIA authority.

2.      That the petitioner has been roped in the instant case in order to harass, humiliate, pressurize and blackmail by the FIA.

3.      That prior to this bail petition, the petitioner was granted pre-arrest bail, in which the petitioner had been regularly appearing before this Hon’ble court but on 03.03.021, the petitioner was arrested by the FIA/AHTC Gujrat in another case, due to this reason, the petitioner could not appear before this Hon’ble court on the fixed date of hearing i.e. 06.05.2021. Therefore, the previous bail has been dismissed due to non-prospection by this Hon’ble court. (Physical remand paper is attached herewith.

4.      That the story narrated in the FIR is totally fake, forge, and fabricated, there is no ring of truth in it.

5.      That the case against the petitioner is one of further inquiry and probe into the guilt of the petitioner.

6.      That there is nothing record which connects the petitioner with the commission of any offense.

7.      That the local police is out to arrest the petitioner in the present false case and if arrested the petitioner shall suffer irreparable loss to his mind, body, and reputation.

8.      That the petitioner belongs to a respectable family.

9.      That the petitioner is ready to join the police investigation as and when required.

10.  That the petitioner is also ready to furnish adequate surety bonds to the entire satisfaction of this Hon’ble Court.

In view of the above circumstances, it is, most respectfully prayed that the instant bail petition may kindly be accepted and the petitioner may graciously be granted bail before arrest till the final disposal of the main case. Ad interim bail is also prayed for.
