APPLICATION U/S 151 CPC FOR GRAND OF INJUNCTIVE ORDER

Respectfully Sheweth:-

 1.      That the applicant has filed the above-captioned appeal, the contents of which may kindly be read as an integral part of this application.

2.      That the applicant has a good prima facie case and hopes to succeed in it.

 3.      That the balance of convenience lies in favor of the applicant.

 4.      That if the injunctive order is not granted in favor of the applicant, then the applicant shall suffer an irreparable loss and it will also lead to multiplicity of litigation.

 

In view of the above circumstances, it is humbly prayed that the instant application may kindly be accepted and respondents may kindly be restrained from interfering, alienating the suit land in any manner, or claiming the permanent ownership of suit land in any manner whatsoever, till the final decision of the main appeal.
