DEED IS WITNESSED AS UNDER:
• NAME AND TITLE
The name and magnificence of the partnership business is “ZAIN FORCES
ACADEMY & ASKARI EDEN COLLEGE”

BUSINESS
The partnership firm/AOP shall be engaged within the business of General
Education Services, Pre Primary and
first Education.
• REGISTERED WORKPLACE
The partnership business shall have its
registered offices at
i. 65, Haripur, main Haripur Road (Principal
place of business)
ii. Kallar Kahar, Talagang Road, District
Chakwal.
iii. Hayatabad, Peshawar town,
Peshawar.
iv.375 Sawat, Main Sawat Road, KPK.
• CAPITAL INVESTMENT
AND PROFIT/LOSS SHARING
The initial invested with capital of the partnership is equal ratio.
The initial capital therefore contributed by every of the partners is attributable to the capital
account (Capital Account) of every partner. the subsequent provision a, b and
c shall apply in respect of the capital contribution of the partners.
a. The capital funds of the partnership shall
belong to the partners within the proportion
contributed by every partner.

AND RESTRICTIONS
All partners shall be the managing partners of

• BANKERS AND CHECKING

his personal existing accounts within
the name of partnership /AOP.
• BOOKS OF ACCOUNT

maintained by the partners and

• DEATH OF THE
PARTNERS

terms and conditions as could also

• DEATH OF PRINCIPAL MEMBER
On death of principal member, partnership can continue between the prevailing members and therefore the shares of
principal member are equally
divided between second and third partners and therefore the second partner are the new principal member of partnership firm, in his
absence, the third partner can chair
meeting being principal member.
• SECRECY
It is the duty of partners that they must maintain the secrecy of
the business from outsiders.
• DISSOLUTION OF THE
FIRM
The partnership firm could also be dissolved by
dissolution deed in writing by ¾ majority of total partners.
• ARBITRATION
Any difference/dispute which can arise between the parties with reference to the
interpretation of those gifts or any part thence on the rights or liabilities of the partners underneath these present
with reference to the
winding up/transfer of shares/ amendment/fiscal /tax or to any matter concerning the partnership or to
the affairs thence shall
be cited a legal adviser in conformity with the
provisions of the arbitration Act 1940 and such award having lawfulness as prescribed by
arbitration act 1940.
• GENERAL
In matters not provided for during this deed, the law
prevailing in Asian nation with
all the relevant amendments from time to time shall be applicable.
