CIVIL / GUARDIAN JUDGE,
PETITION UNDER SECTION 12 OF THE GUARDIAN AND
WARD ACT 1890 FOR INTERIM CUSTODY OF THE MINORS
Respectfully Sheweth,
1.
That the petitioner has filed the above-titled petition U/S
25 of Guardian and Ward Act, the grounds were taken in the main petition may kindly
be read and treated as an integral part of this petition.
2.
That the balance of convenience lies in favor of the
petitioner because he is the real father of the minor.
3.
That the petitioner has a good prima-face case, which is
likely to be succeeded in his favor.
4.
That if interim relief is not granted to the petitioner
would suffer an irreparable loss.
It is most
respectfully, prayed that the instant application may kindly be accepted and
the interim custody of the minors namely (mention names and ages of the minors) may kindly be handed
over to the petitioner in the interest of justice, till the final disposal of the
main petition.
