ADOPTION DEED
THIS
DEED OF ADOPTION IS MADE THIS ____DAY OF AUGUST 2018 AT LAHORE
BETWEEN
ABC (hereinafter referred to as the first party).
AND
XYZ (hereinafter referred to as
the Second Party).
WHEREAS:

1.
That a daughter namely Eman Zahra was
born on _________, of first-party and from very first day i.e. 30.01.2008, the
first party handed over their said daughter to the second party and since then
the second party fulfilling all the requirements and necessities of life towards
the said daughter namely Eman Zahra. It is important to mention here that in
the relevant record of Emann Zahra, her parentage is mentioned as a second
party.
2.
The physical act of giving and taking
of the daughter was performed on 30.01.2008, along with the performance of
ceremonies in the presence of relatives and friends of both parties.
3.
That though the adoption has already
been taken place on 30.01.2008 now for the record and for the necessary legal
requirements, the parties are hereby entered into an adoption deed.
NOW, THIS DEED OF ADOPTION WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS:
1.
The first party has given in adoption
his daughter namely Eman Zahra to the second party on 30.01.2008 and the second
party has taken the said Eman Zahra in adoption. The physical act of giving and
taking of the daughter was performed along with the religious ceremonies, in
the presence of relatives and friends of both the parties.
2.
The first party will not make any claim
hereinafter to the custody of the adopted daughter and they shall hereinafter
be known as the daughter of the second party also.
3.
The first party has not received any
money for giving their daughter in adoption to the second party and shall not
lay any claim hereinafter against the second party for giving their daughter in
adoption.
4.
That the second party also hereby
undertakes to gift out their all property and assets after the death to the
second party, the said Eman Zahra, who will be entitled to enjoy all the rights
on the said assets/property as the absolute owner of the property as the legal
heir of the second party.
5.
The second party shall be responsible
for the maintenance, education, marriage, and other expenses of the adopted daughter
and they agree to bear all expenses in accordance with his status.
6.
That the second party has every right
to bring the daughter abroad or to any other city of the country and in this
regard, the first party has no objection or claim in any manner
whatsoever.
