Special Power of attorney in property matter
PURPOSE OF SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY: To appoint a person only to the extent of managing and looking after the affairs of a specific property.
KNOWN ALL MEN BY
THIS PRESENT THAT, we (1) ______________

_____________________________________ are shareholders of property (full detail of property with sale
deed etc).
Whereas the executants are unable to
supervise, manage the above said property being busy in personal engagements,
hence we do hereby appoint constitute, nominate and empowered Mr._____________s/o
_________________, CNIC No. _______________, resident of
_____________________________, as our true and lawful special
attorney to do the following acts, deeds maters, and thing in respect of our
above said properties:-
1.
To
file any case, suit, appeal, Revision, or Review in any court of law, revenue
court administrative authority, or any authority created by law within
Pakistan.
2.
To
enter into any compromise, surrender before any court of law or make any kind
of statement regarding our share in the above-mentioned properties, or contest
or concede any claim in any court of law.
3.
To
purchase Non-Judicial Stamp paper of the appropriate value to execute the rent/lease
agreement to any person or institution and to carry on the lease agreement
dated 20.03.2014 as per the terms and conditions fully described in the lease
agreement and to receive the rent/ lease amount on our behalf from 01.04.2017
till the expiry of said agreement.

To further appoint any Special Power of
Attorney regarding the said property or cancel the same.
5.
To
file any defense of any proceeding, cases in any courts of law regarding the
said property. For this purpose, he can engage any Advocate can assign, verify
and submit plaint, application, petition, leave to appeal, written statement,
any kind of appeal, revision, review, etc, can appear in the court of Original
Jurisdiction as well as appellate/recessional jurisdiction, High Court and
Supreme Court of Pakistan.
6.
An
in general to do the acts deeds and things which are required and which the
executant can do if present personally and executant shall ratify the same
legally.
