PETITION  FOR  PLACEMENT OF DOCUMENTS

Respectfully Sheweth:

That a criminal revision petition No. 1323/R/2021 is pending adjudication before this Hon’ble court and fixed for 15.11.201.

That applicant is petitioner in the above-cited revision petition. At the time of filing the criminal revision petition, some of the necessary documents were not present with the applicant/petitioner, so that the petitioner could not annex the same with the main petition.

That now the applicant /petitioner has obtained the certified copies of these documents and seeks permission of this Hon’ble court to produce the same before this Hon’ble court.

That detail of the documents is as under: -

CCTV Footage of motor way, Copies of affidavits of witnesses, Mobile phones data, Messenger mobile phones data, M-Tag Car data, copy of experience certificate, copy of affidavits, copy of application to DPO, Copy of comments SDPO 

That the above-cited documents are very important and necessary for the just and fair decision of the main petition, which may also assist this Hon’ble court to reach conclusion of the case.

That in case, the instant application is not allowed, then the applicant shall suffer an irreparable loss.

Prayer: -

In view of above, it is most humbly prayed that instant petition may kindly be accepted and the applicant/petitioner may please be allowed to produces the above-said documents before this Hon’ble Court, in the interest of justice.

Any other relief, which this Hon’ble Court may deems fit and proper may also be granted to the petitioner, in the interest of justice.
