Purpose: To get correction in court’s documents, judgement or decree by rectifying the judgment and decree of a court.

Forum: Court from whom, the document in question was issued.

Title: As per main suit/petition.

APPLICATION FOR CORRECTION IN SUCCESSION CERTIFICATE DATED 23.01.2021

Respectfully Sheweth;

That the applicant filed a petition for issuance of succession certificate before the court of senior civil judge, which petition was entrusted to this Hon’blourt.

That this Hon’ble court was pleased to issue succession certificate dated 23.01.2021 in favour of present applicant.

That when the applicant received the above cited succession certificate issued by this Hon’ble court, the applicant found spelling mistake of her name i.e. Farlunder Yousaf instead of Fralunda Yusaf.

That through the instant application, the applicant seeks the correction in above said succession certificate.

That if the instant application is not allowed and above cited spelling mistake is not corrected, then the applicant shall suffer an irreparable loss. 

PRAYER

In these circumstances, it is, most humbly prayed that the instant application may kindly be accepted and succession certificate dated 23.01.2021 may graciously be modified by incorporating the correct spelling as Fralunda Yusaf instead of Farlunder Yousaf and may magnanimously be issued a fresh succession certificate accordingly in favour of the petitioner/applicant, for the best interest of justice.
