GIFT DEED OF IMMOVEABLE PROPERTY I.E.(full specification of property)
THIS GIFT DEED is made at Rawalpindi between __________s/o, d/o, w/o ___________________, CNIC No. ________________ resident of __________________________, (hereinafter called the Donor) which expression shall include his legal heirs, successors-in-interest executors and assigns.
AND
__________s/o, d/o, w/o
___________________, CNIC No. ________________ resident of
__________________________, (hereinafter
called donee) which expression shall include their legal heirs,
successors-in-interest, executor and assigns.
Whereas, the donor is the sole owner and possessor of a (specification
of property along with the reference of title document), which is free from all sorts of dues, debts, and charges.
Whereas the above-said property is free from all sorts of
encumbrances, the donee is (relation) of the donor and the donor has got much
love and affection with the donee and in token of that love and affection, the
donor wants to gift out his/her aforesaid property to the donee.
WHEREAS, this gift deed is witnessed that on account of love and
affection the donor by way of a gift handed over the possession of the above
said immovable property along with all its fitting, fixtures, installations,
water courses, liabilities, easement, and appurtenances attached to or
belonging to the same in favor of the donees. Both the parties completed the
transaction of offer and acceptance in presence of marginal witnesses.
